Ever wondered how to actually find out what your supporters thought of your event (or anything else for that matter) without adding another tool or cost to your budget? In this session, I walk through building a simple feedback survey in Canva from scratch, no external tools needed, from adding questions and linking buttons, right through to publishing and collecting responses.
Then comes the fun part: I export those responses as a CSV and bring them into Claude, which spots the patterns for you – what people loved, what could be better, and the single most actionable thing to change next time. All using tools you likely already have access to.
